Automatically Create Support Tickets from your Gmail Account
Step 1: Enable POP3 access for your Gmail account
- Log into your Gmail account: Go to Gmail and click on Sign In
- Click on the gear icon to access your Settings
- Select one of these options
- Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded)
- Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on
- Click the Save Changes button
- To keep your emails in Gmail also, make sure to select how to handle messages that are accessed with POP from the following options
- Keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox
- Mark Gmail's copy as read
- Archive Gmail's copy
- Delete Gmail's copy
Step 2: Enable "Less secure app access" for your Google Account
- Go to myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps
- Set Allow less secure apps to ON

Step 3: Configure Brisk Support to check your Gmail email
- Log into Brisk Support and go to the Account Settings page
- Under POP3 Access, click on Add New POP3
- Enter pop.gmail.com:995 in the POP3 server box
- Enter your full Gmail address in the Email address box (ie user@gmail.com and not just user)
- Enter your Gmail password in the Email password box
- Enter how frequently, in seconds, you’d like Brisk Support to check your Gmail account in the Polling interval box
- Click Save POP3 Details
