At Brisk Support, we have made GDPR a priority for all our users including non-EU users as protection of user privacy and personal data is very important to us.

Right to be Forgotten

Brisk Support allows users to delete all customer and agent data permanently. This includes customer/ agent profiles, tickets, discussions, charts, ratings, articles, and calls.

Right to Portability

Brisk Support allows users to export request their data by emailing support@brisksupport.com

Right to Rectification

Brisk Support provides users with the ability to update and rectify any information within the Brisk Support application.
